We repair and 'tune up' Oakley X Metal Juliet, XX, X-Squared, Penny & Romeo sunglasses!
Restore your Oakley X Metal sunglasses back to "wears like new" status with our quick & easy repair service. Ship your frames to us, we'll make your glasses clean & tight again, then ship them back to you.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
• Disassemble, hand scrub, ultrasonic clean & de-grease frame & rubber parts.
• Careful extraction of any stripped screws or burr-locked pins as needed.
• New replacement washers, gaskets, screws, pins & flex couplers.
• Install lenses, old or new (include in package or buy with service).
• Install rubbers, old or new ( must include in package or buy with service ).
• Fully reassemble & balance the sunglasses so that they are ready to wear.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
• Replacement of worn or missing rubber parts ( ear socks, temple shocks, nose bombs )
• Replacement of broken or missing frame parts ( orbitals, nose bridge, ear stems )
• Replacement lenses ( FREE install of purchased or included lenses )
• Polishing or Refinishing ( surface refinishing, blasting, painting, polishing, etc. )
We use extremely controlled methods for repair w/ near zero risk of damage.
THE PROCESS:
Step 1: Purchase the service on this page.
Step 2: Place your X Metal sunglasses in a microfiber bag if you have one. Wrap the glasses in roll-like fashion with newspaper or place in a soft case. Please do not send coins, metal vaults or heavy hard cases.
Step 3: Place your X Metal sunglasses in to a small and sturdy shipping box. 8x4x4 is an ideal size. In the package include a copy of your OXM.PARTS order invoice. If you cannot print, hand write your order number, name, email, phone & return shipping address on a piece of paper. You must include this else we may not know these are your glasses!
Step 4: Choose a carrier & method of shipment. UPS & FedEX are the preferred carriers for reliability and timeliness.

Step 5: Respond to the email you received with the tracking number of your shipped package so that OXM.PARTS can track the delivery of your glasses to our mailbox.
