We've teamed up with an award winning, lab-certified Cerakote applicator to bring you high quality, long lasting Cerakote paint with superior abraision and corrosion resistance.

When applied correctly Cerakote is permanent and extremely durable. Our factory trained applicators have the equipment, materials and proceedures to achieve a level of quality that can't be reached by an untrained applicator.
DETAILED INFORMATION:
Available for up to two solid colors applied to your specification on the five parts of the frame: nose bridge, two orbitals and two ear stems. Matching Cerakote color pins and screws are also available to finish off your custom design. Please make your specifications known in the checkout order notes.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
• Disassemble, hand scrub, ultrasonic clean & de-grease frame & rubber parts.
• Careful extraction of any stripped screws or burr-locked pins as needed.
• Insured & tracked transit to and from our lab-certified Cerakote applicator.
• Application of solid Cerakote color(s) on to parts of your specification.
• New replacement washers, gaskets, screws, pins & flex couplers.
• Install lenses, old or new ( must include in package or buy with service ).
• Install rubbers, old or new ( must include in package or buy with service ).
• Fully reassemble & balance the sunglasses so that they are ready to wear.
• Return shipping via UPS or Fedex w/ Tracking & Insurance.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
• Replacement of worn or missing rubber parts ( ear socks, temple shocks, nose bombs )
• Replacement of broken or missing frame parts ( orbitals, nose bridge, ear stems )
• Replacement lenses ( FREE install of purchased or included lenses )
• Polishing or Refinishing ( surface refinishing, blasting, polishing, etc. )
We use extremely controlled methods for repair w/ near zero risk of damage.
THE PROCESS:
Step 1: Purchase the service on this page. If you chose two colors, please include in the order notes, on the final checkout screen, your preference for color application on bridge, stem & orbital parts.
Step 2: Place your X Metal sunglasses in a microfiber bag if you have one. Wrap the glasses in roll-like fashion with newspaper or place in a soft case. Please do not send coins, metal vaults or heavy hard cases.
Step 3: Place your X Metal sunglasses in to a small and sturdy shipping box. 8x4x4 is an ideal size. In the package include a copy of your OXM.PARTS order invoice. If you cannot print, hand write your order number, name, email, phone & return shipping address on a piece of paper. You must include this else we may not know these are your glasses!
Step 4: Choose a carrier & method of shipment. UPS & FedEX are the preferred carriers for reliability and timeliness.

Step 5: Respond to the email you received with the tracking number of your shipped package so that OXM.PARTS can track the delivery of your glasses to our mailbox.
